 Encourage early viewings

With the sun going down earlier and earlier as the year draws in, arranging viewings before it gets dark means that you can take advantage of the light. Everything looks brighter and clearer in natural daylight. It can get dark as early as 4pm in October therefore make sure to pencil in viewings before this time.
